This Leave of Absence introduction course provides a practical introduction to managing employee leave requests while supporting compliance, consistency, and respectful employee communication. Participants will learn how to recognize common leave situations, understand the responsibilities of managers and HR, and avoid mistakes that may expose an organization to unnecessary risk.
